Bracelets

Wrist sizes are personal, and a bracelet that fits a 7 inch wrist swims on a 6.5. We list length where the maker states it, and where a piece is adjustable we say so, because a braided cord with a sliding knot forgives an inch and a solid link chain does not.

Leather does not like water. A steel link bracelet can go in the shower and come out fine. A leather cuff will stiffen and darken. We keep both on the bench on purpose: one is for daily wear without thought, the other is for people who want the thing to age.
